Self-hosted, privacy-first analytics for every site we build.
The Challenge
We wanted client analytics without handing every visitor to Google: no consent-banner theatre, no cross-site tracking, data we own. Nothing off the shelf was both private enough and pleasant enough to send to clients — so we built it.
The Solution
A vanilla-JS tracking snippet under 2KB reports page views and custom events; sessions are fingerprinted daily and never across sites, so there's nothing to disclose and nothing to leak. Geolocation happens server-side.
The dashboard renders each site's traffic, referrers and pages in a warm amber-on-near-black interface with monospace metrics — analytics that look like an instrument panel, not a spreadsheet.
