The Challenge
Letting someone live in your empty property is a decision built entirely on trust. The site's job was to look like the service feels: discreet, established, meticulous — closer to a private bank than a startup — while answering the detailed questions owners and estate managers actually have.
The Solution
The design language is understated to the point of confidence: warm ivory, charcoal serif headings, stone-grey rules between sections, no animation theatrics. Photography is large and residential rather than corporate.
A long-form content programme does the heavy lifting — guides to property guardian schemes, probate property care and caretaking arrangements that answer real questions and earn the search traffic that converts.
